How your digital files are delivered and our policy on refunds and support.
The New Mom Survival Kit is a 100% digital product. No physical items will be shipped to you. Upon completing your purchase, you will instantly receive a link on the checkout confirmation screen to download your PDF files. A backup email containing your unique download link will also be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.
Here's how delivery works:
Because our products are digital downloads that grant immediate access to the files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered.
This policy protects us from fraudulent chargeback claims and allows us to keep our prices low for honest customers. If you are unsure about anything before purchasing, please review the product details on our shop page or reach out to us with questions.
We want you to have a seamless experience. If you experience any technical issues downloading your files, opening the PDFs, or printing the documents, please contact us at support@newmomsurvivalkit.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will manually verify your order and ensure you receive working files.
Common issues we can help with:
Before contacting support: Please try opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download) and printing at "Actual Size" or 100% scale. This resolves 90% of printing issues.
Once purchased, you have lifetime access to re-download your files. Save the download email you receive at checkout — it contains your unique link that will remain active indefinitely. If you lose this email, contact us with your order number and we'll resend your files.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company after receiving your digital files, we will contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery (timestamped download logs and email records). This may result in your files being revoked and potential reporting to fraud prevention services. If you have a problem, please reach out to us directly first — we will always work with you to resolve the issue.
